Chelsea sell between about 700,000 & 900,000 shirts a year. There's no way one of our shirts would sell the equivalent of a quarter of all Chelsea shirt sales.

Also, can anyone believe Lotto could actually produce 250,000 shirts!!

It would take 5 years for Lotto to bang that many out. Don't usually get more then 50 in the club shop until the arse end of September.

If it is true though, do you reckon the Koreans think the hoops are too thin and asking why the XL size comes up like something like a straight jacket?

The price of London’s most expensive homes are rising by £22 an hour as asking prices record a record high for the third month in a row, the latest index from PrimeLocation shows.

Overall UK prime property prices are up £15,227, some 3.3%, over the last 12 months and the growth is speeding up and with UK prime property prices now standing at £482,537, the gap between the asking prices of the average UK property and prime properties continues to widen. Compared to one year ago, prime asking prices are up in every region of the UK except Scotland, the North East and Yorkshire and Humberside.

The strongest regional performance over the past year has been seen in London, where Prime asking prices have risen by 16.5% or £190,038.

‘The prime market continues to defy gravity, especially in London and it’s no surprise to see asking prices hitting record heights this month. The UK’s wealthiest home owners are seeing the value of their properties rocket whilst the rest of the market is flat at best and going backwards in many parts of the country,’ said Nigel Lewis of PrimeLocation.

for top quality propertys maybe , cant see any of the major developers wanting to build penthouses on LR somehow, so ill stick with the ground being worth 24million for the moment.

not sure how many acres LR occupies actually cant be more than 2 or 3 id guess maybe even less

to generalize and say 1 acre of land anywhere in London is worth X amount is silly.

You'll get more for an acre in Kensington than you will in Leytonstone. I know that for sure.

spot on lewes , id say 4 times the amount for land in kensington compared to leytonstone probabaly more in todays market

With regard to the value of Loftus Road Im pretty sure this will be greatly diminished when prospective new owners investigate and find that there is a restrictive covenant in place stating that the land can only be used for sport (Im sure I remember this came up before during the Wasps ground share times), whilst these can be circumvented it will surely lower the price due to the backhanders that will have to be paid to get the covenant lifted.

Now Im sure some Legal Eagles could probably put me in my place and tell me its not an issue...

Oh yeah, justice is done!. Not actual justice, but what I wanted to happen, which is basically the same thing.

Wouldn't surprise me if they did. With Westfields, plus the planned extension of it, and the 1st rate transport links Shepherds Bush is becoming fashionable. A few flash flats wouldn't surprise me at all, isn't that what the Green Room is gonna become?
