In Warnock We Trust. 12:12 - Aug 22 with 566 viewspomanjou

Its fair to say that the start to the season exceeded all expectations, so far.

"The Warlock". You have only to witness his demented raging late in the second half because we were not given a corner to recognise that he regards each match as all out war. A real parody Hitler type rant.

He's signed a rag tag collection of 2nd and 3rd liners plus one genuine 1st class talent with an attitude problem who nobody wanted, for a total of about £2m and melded it, with Faurlin and the better left overs from last season, into a potent force.

How clever was giving the armband to Tarby? I bet his head was bursting with pride (and rightly so) whilst the older heads winked and nodded at each other knowingly. Nothing like giving 'responsibility' to the wayward. His sulking greed of last season has tempered into selective greed, (no bad thing) scowls and a more team-like ethic. His passing and measured long balls are a delight.

Ephraim. Absolutely re-energised. no longer looks a lightweight tackle funker. Who knows, he may also be able to head a ball. Helga is back to his best. The two new fullbacks look like they know what its about and Gorrks and and Connolly are improving.

Faurlin no longer looks the outstanding performer in the team and thats not because he's gone backwards. He's as good as ever and maybe even better with his defensive duties.

NW has been a revelation and it feels really good to be enthused by Rangers and long may it continue.
