Been taking my daughter to rangers since she was 6/7 She's now 19 and we reckon last night was one of the top 3 qpr experiences in this time.... Firstly the promotion from league 1 at Sheffield, stayed at the same hotel at the team the night before, kids gave a good luck card Ollie in the bar sat and chatted to him and his team. She played on the pitch for qpr girls before the game and they got a fantastic urrrs ! From the crowd when they finished The emotion after the game when we one, grown men crying and telling my son He would never forget that day. And finishing it off with the parade round the Bush, great party. Secondly the man city game last season, the madness of the ups and downs through the game, then hostility from the man city fans when we took the lead, the love from them at the end ! And finally last night, first time I've put a bet on a match,£10 to win ! We were sat in the front row just to the right of the goal. At first all I wanted was a goal at our end which was immense when it came But to hold out and win was the best feeling, the singing after the game The walk to the tube, and I had to give it a huge "c'mon you super" when we were waiting to go into the station. The train home with all the glum scum, A couple of beers and motd when I got home, all fantastic. I dont know what the rest of the season has in store for us, whether we stay up or not, But last night was one I will treasure for a long long time Uuurrrsss ! | |
