Indeed, although a good few did end up coming in under O'Neill so I don't really know what to believe there. In addition to whatever the managers may or may not have wanted there's also been two directors of football very different profiles (one went to West Brom after seven months, another came in from Greece) plus some sort of Uncle Jorge Mendes input with the Portuguese player laundering.
