It is quite a meow statement. They could have ran two events. The unprofessional one for the kids and normal folk, and the professional one for the business and posh folk. I dare say had they done that then the professional and progressive one would have sold more tickets. Hell, they'd probably get praise for expanding their reach to local businesses. |  | | |

Shambles from start to finish, distinct lack of appreciation of the long standing supporters and fans and true lifeblood of this club.
The disdain with which the whole board and I include the clueless Chairman , have shown to the fans of Rochdale over recent years has been appauling.
We as fans have our differences but have the love of the club at our hearts, these events and the petty withdrawl of this event and the almost I know better attitude in the statement has shown no empathy with the fans whatsover. | | | |

Well said Gimpy I'm in full agreement with everything you say inc your remarks about CD I expect I will be pilloried for saying this but here goes Chris Dumphy has been at the heart of everything good since taking over from Fitzpatrick he has been a breath of fresh air bringing much needed success and stability to the club both on and off the field but I think his time is up, time for him to become club president or something similar, Patron? in appreciation of his stewardship and hand over to another Chairman who is more savvy in regards to the customers. Andy Kelly anyone? hang on! he resigned suddenly without explanation as did Colin Garlick ok maybe the two events are unrelated but it appears a lot of this seasons shambles might have been avoided if Andy Kelly and Colin Garlick were still involved.
