No worries! I apologise for not posting much earlier, was multitasking but to be honest, you didn’t miss much. Dan Altman popped up under the guise of having a question for the board but he was just pointing out that what the board are doing with the new investors (in terms of trying to woo prospective buyers and offering them a period of exclusivity), they already did with Dan and Emre. He then made a sarcastic quip along the lines of ‘hopefully we’ll be flavour of the month again’. |  |

And GM gave them a list of four local business men who would like to become board members. They muttered something about we needed to pass their resolutions otherwise they wouldnt have any shares, thus couldnt become board members. GM said he'd give them some of his.

One thing worth saying is that a Trust member on the room (the only supportive voice) asked the trust to follow the club's example and withdraw the motions, and failing that to cast their vote prorata. The trust refused to withdraw but agreed to vote prorata, though I did not know that was possible. | | | |

In view of the board withdrawing the four motions w/r/t share issuance, I did feel that was a very well-argued point. Equally, credit to Col for sticking to his guns by stressing that he had a mandate from Trust members.
After what happened in that last half hour, the voting to potentially remove DB and GR is completely justified IMHO. | |
