6points from aplay off place and 5 ponts from a relegation spot. Time for hilly to have a reality check. Get rid of the chip on both shoulders, lose a large amount of arrogance, and go back to playing the type of football that got us where we were earlier in the season. Stop using men out of position, and give the same kind of motovation shown by jim bentlley at morecambe

Poll: Where will we finish this season?

Assume you are only another defeat or two away from Hill coming out and blaming the fans for your relentless negativity and explaining how you all ought to be so grateful for having him you can never question anything he does.

It is what usually happens with him when you go on a bad trot. He ain't exactly think-skinned as far as football managers go.

We are poor at the mo Barry.

Hill knows that and has said as much.

To a man ( almost ) he is backed .. I certainly do as do the vast majority of posters on here.

Something is not right on the pitch that is blindingly obvious.

I do trust Hill and the players to break this negative cycle we seem to find ourselves in. Fingers crossed it starts at Doncaster on Saturday.

You know the script . To be fair, I think we will turn a corner, maybe at Doncaster on Saturday or the following Sunday.

Not sure that the manager constantly referring directly or indirectly to budget differences/finances does anything for the confidence of the players.

They are going out there knowing the manager believes they don't match up to the opposition quality-wise.

The message should be we are in this division on merit, as is every other team.
