Great game today, really enjoyed it. Credit where its due, Jim got the tactics right and we played exceptionally well against a good side in this league.

Really poor show today. Too slow all round, sideway passing and backwards is just so boring and we do far too much of it. Could see there plan in first 5 mins and Jim did nothing to combat it.
In the end best team won.
I really hope Jim learns that you need a plan B and C but on todays and from what I've seen this season he's coming across as an articulate one trick pony. |

It were sh!t, just how I knew we would play. It's going to be a long hard depressing season if we continue like this.
Too (fookin ridiculously) slow in all departments, especially going forward. We're going to win very few games with that.
Honestly Jim if that's your best, for our first outing in the no prisoners league, then we are fooked! |

For what it's worth, my take on this - NLTV don't need to be up and running until Tuesday 14th August as they can't show anything till then.
They can't show Saturday 3pm ko or anything that's on BT (TNT) Sport. |

Great thread.
Although not an ideal situation, I've got my head round it. For what it's worth I think we can give it a good crack next season, Wrexham gone and if there's any justice Notts cheaty should go up, that division is a lot more of a level playing field.
Get the right man in, (not mcnulty) and a few additions and it has the making of a decent season.
Stick my neck out and if the above happens, play off place.
