Les on TalkSport
at 00:23 22 Apr 2019

I really like Les and Lee and think that they are doing a good job. That also could be a great job if they were just listen to. It is become more and more obvious that Tony is making the same mistake over and over again due to his lack of patients

Would love to see him at the club. Sadly certain members of our fan group would say one thing and one thing only. Also he is the sort of manager you would want to get in and give him some time. That will never happen

i have grown up listening to what sciences have had to say on this all my life. And yes a lot of the biblical destruction have not come true. The fundamentals have. Where there is wet weather around the world it will get wetter and has. Where it is hottest around the world it will get hotter. This is really starting to show itself centenary

Tony Fernandes podcast
at 01:54 1 May 2018

I thought the pod cast was good. A lot of stuff we have heard before but a little of the spin taken out.(not all) He does come across as very positive, very much a glass half full kind of guy. We can all moan about the waste of money that the club has spent but at the end of the day it was his money and he knows full well he has wasted it. I get the feeling Les told him he was making the same mistakes with Redknapp and that is why Les was brought in.

The club is no where near where it should be and this is not all Tony's doing. I feel our great season but a shine on how bad Tango and Cash were trashing the club. But it does seem the club is striving to improve and put process in place to improve. You can see goals that are starting to be meet.

Also it was interesting to hear he said that he thinks we are two years off Fulham. Surely that means they want us pushing for play off spots next season or to be very close. And the season after we will be going for a full out attack. If this is the case. The club now needs to say if Ollie is our man or is time for some else to have ago.

Last thing I will say. No one has the right to speak to Tony the way that some do on twitter. We all know that Tony's way of dealing with shit results is to be positive. I am not really sure it would help any one if he was to come on twitter after a bad run of form and be critical. Keep it behind doors. It will come across as he is contradicting himself sometimes but that is his way.

I am all for a fair legal system. But surely this is not important enough to make it to the supreme court. Thank F*** we will be out Europe before they can take it to the European court of appeal.

I honestly would leave him on the bench. I get the feeling he will be going in the summer. Sadly we need to be buying and selling players like Freeman. Let Eze get a few games get him ready for next season

Every time Robinson plays, it puts a smile on my face. I think the older i get the more i hate the waste that can be found in modern footballers. The likes of Adel having all that talent and nothing to show for it. But it is just crawl when it is taken away through injury. I am glad he is getting games and he is also showing what skills he has. I hope he can maintain some consistency.

I really do like the site. I love the way, that when things are said that most people disagree with. 99% of the time it is dealt with incredible great wit and good humor. Rather than descending in to a stupid shouting match . " Corner flags should be allowed to shag who they like." Brilliant

The way the market is for strikers in this league is going. I get the feeling the club will sort the rest of the team out first, then go out and gamble, on spend a fair bit of money on a striker who will get 20 goals or so. There is simply no point of taking that gamble just yet.

Baptiste to me look very disintrested. Very soft goal he looked like he should have smashed out of the box. Head down just strolling around.

Les seems to think he is worth taking a punt on. I get the feeling this loan isn't about him getting on the pitch all the time. It's to see if he can get his head right. It's a bit worrying to hear Ollie talk about him not getting ice cream. I am guessing he is not hitting the targets that have been set by the coaching staff. I would like to see him get a chance but it really is up to him.

For players like O,Hara and Konchesky playing at the level must be great fun. Not too much running around for their tired old legs. Surely a lack of pressure will let them just enjoy their football. Can't complain if some one is stupid enough to over pay them.

I think sometimes people forget what a mess the club was in and how disastrous it would have been if Tony was left in charge. When we went up with Neil the club was no where near premiership ready. And when Tony took over he just throw money at it and sadly it just made things worse. When Les took over things got a lot better but it will take a long time to fix. It is great to see the youth system starting to achieving results. Hopefully we will see a lot more. It certainly looks like Oli will give the younger players a go.
