But that means they'd be worried every single game.
I'd question why anyone would have this doubt after we've all been told how well it drains and the need for any sort of rain covers was ruled out in the past. Where in the club then jajadale? Because its not on their website or twitter. | |

And it wouldnt be questioned every single game; there is not heavy rain forecast before every single game following a week of heavy rain.

The pitch was perfect yesterday afternoon, and the groundstaff were Vertidraining the surface as an added precaution. Furthermore, the Spotland pitch has been voted one of the best in the lower leagues by opposition teams who have played on it.

Wouldnt suprise me if we put the sprinklers on for 10 mins pre kick off!! 
Seriously though we have had a LOT of rain the last 72 hours thankfuly so far on Saturday morning the rain has stayed away ( Due back tonight and all day Sun ) and looking at the Pic the pitch looks a picture!!

Right now, the pitch is getting enough of a sprinkling without the sprinklers!
