In my past life as a United fan I saw them win everything ,relegation ,promotion ,lose cup finals....the promotions that Dale have achieved have given me more joy than any of Utds achievements.............it really is a massive success when all odds are against you..takes a special leader to make that happen...Hilly you are a genius!!!!!!!! | | | |

The games in which we've won promotion could be ranked by whether the result was vital
Today, we didn't need to win
In 2010 against Northampton, we didn't need to win
In 1969 against Southend in our final league game, we needed a draw - but a defeat would have left things very much in the balance
