Plymouth:
Puma kits are a template but Argyle have a really good bespoke version within those constraints. Use of all three of their traditional colours is very effective. The contrast between the white pinstripes and the black collar and sleeve stripes is a thing of wonder.

Barnet:
The design is good, the choices made terrible. The third kit should be the home one, I don't care that Barnet have worn black at home before - its not big and it's not clever. The anniversary kit follows the theme really well, same colours and everything... so why that other white away kit with purple?! Do football clubs understand? DO THEY?

16/17 kit thoughts so far:
1) will our goalkeeper stop wearing last season's strip?
2) well done to Chesterfield for avoiding an OVERALL CLASH by wearing their third kit last night. If they'd worn white/blue/white with a shirt that has a similar stripe to ours my eyes would be raging.
3) Chesterfield can get lost. Choosing to have a keeper's kit that was such a deep pink it wasn't much different to the red the team wore. My eyes were disgusted.
4) I really hate both of Manchester City's kits. | |

5) Josh Lillis in a yellow shirt and socks today, yet worn with the home shorts. Why? Aren't there any yellow ones? The black ones would have matched too.

Exeter had to play in their away kit v Crawley tonight. Crawley had a black away kit last season, made by Puma, this could have been used and mixed and matched with this year's strips. I hate them.

Its down to the manufactors apparently, I hope that they have a clause in the contract where Notts dont pay so much if they aren't delivered on time
