With the loan deadline ending at 5pm on Thursday, Keith Hill sneaked in at the last minute and brought in Sheffield United defender Sean McGinty on a month's loan.

McGinty is an ex Man U trainee who joined Sheff United in the Summer of 2013, and he'll be well used to the lower divisions with loan spells at Tranmere, Northampton, Morecambe, Oxford and Carlisle.

The 20 year old stands at 6'3 and has been used both in central defence and as a full back.

With Ashley Eastham and Jack O'Connell both missing recent games through injury, the signing of McGinty would suggest that their injuries may be worse than first thought.
