Just getting ready to leave for my first trip to OT since the 2001 6-1 nobbing. Their team & bench that day wasn't to shabby.

I had the misfortune to come in at 9am last week after physio apt, rather than the usual 6.30am. 90 mins from Highcliffe to Marine Parade, queuing from Ashurst, normally 40mins. Adds 20mins on the way home. [Post edited 21 Jan 2019 15:48]

Came in to St Mary's (area) this morning from Christchurch, just the one casualty seen, a Fiesta being recovered from the trees before I got to Lyndhurst. Trip home could be more interesting. |

I had a walk on the pitch before the game with the groundsman, he was telling us how they prepare the pitch etc. Anyway we got to that penalty spot he told us that when Kane slipped, it was his most disappointing moment of the season! & then it happens again. |

It certainly entertained my London clients in the boxes I paid over £2.5k for the last two home games. But pissed me right off, 8 goals conceded & 1 scored. The Arsenal game for me was shocking, but came as no surprise with the team selected. The WHU game for me was the more worrying, we just looked too lightweight in the midfield & when defending set pieces. |

I stayed with family in Marlow & went in from High Wycombe for the JPT. 2 or 3 stops or so to Wembley in a half empty train. There is a fair amount of supporters out west, Lymington & New Milton especially. |
