Steady on, lads. That sequence of matches is tougher than it appears - we only won one of them last season.
We lost away to Hull and West Ham (which was Laudrup's last match); we drew at home to Palace, lost at home to Spurs, and smashed Villa at home. Obviously we didn't play QPR so that gave us a total of 4 points out of a possible 15.
However, we should easily beat QPR, and we've improved this season while some of those teams haven't, so I'll predict we'll do better and get 10 points. |

I'd happily take a point at Hull right now. Another defeat could do us a lot of no good. Then put the grunt in to do Villa and it's a superb 26 points going to Scallyfield to have a shot to nothing and maybe give brenno his p45 if he's still there. Even if we lose that then 26 points is fabulous at half way and we will get more breaks in 2015. |  |
