A week after Christmas the same coat was £38 in the sales, she was livid.

A couple of years ago my Mrs bought me a Swans coat from the club shop for Christmas, £75 she paid for it, I was livid. A week after Christmas the same coat was £38 in the sales, she was livid.

The prices in the club shop are a complete robbing fan farce, the prices they ask are day light robbery, quality is mostly naff and doesn't last.
I bought an Adidas polo about two years ago and others (thankfully in the sale), after approx a year of periodic normal use/washing, the badge started to become frayed, faded, stitching loose.
Got Timberland stuff from over two years ago and still like new, after wearing in work (shirts) and T shirts etc out and about, the quality is far superior.
You certainly get what you pay for and lasts.
Yes I know its all bullshite and robbery, price wise, but at least I know buying Timberland gear amoungst others will last, so I dont have to do the continuous cycle of buying crap that does last and waste another £30 every 12 months.

I bought Timberland polo shirts 3 years ago an they still look new. A lacoste polo shirt given as a gift from 2 years ago that cost nearly double is looking faded and see through!!
