Being Welsh and being an Ancient Briton are synonymous, the Welsh have faced overwhelming odds against the Romans, Anglo Saxons, Normans, English and the likes of the Germans in the world wars and yet they are still here, Welsh culture needs to be preserved, one of the worlds great races, or perhaps one of the worlds great group of peoples would be a more apt phrase. | |

We had Boadicea fight the Romans, King Arthur fight the Anglo Saxons, Gwenllian fight the Norman's and Owain Glyndwr fight the English.
Two of them mentioned were ladies, the Welsh always give equal rights to the fairer sex.
