I haven't been to see the 'Us' at home since they left the Manor Ground. Oxford seems on the face to of things to be the embodiment of provincial civility, but I have some quite hairy memories of goings on in the London Road end. I saw the Swans play there quite a few times, but used to go along fairly regularly when I worked in the City for four years back in Maxwell's time. Halcyon days in some ways, but strangely enough I had this irrational yearning to get back to S. Wales. - which I did a few years after I left Oxford.
