Hi All, I've been trying to buy 1 Adult + 1 U13 tickets for my nephew and his Dad.
First it tells me I've exceeded my limit/allowance. It then gave instructions of how to reassign a ticket from my network.
Having got the relevant membership/account no. I am then told that, he did not have the appropriate priveliges (or something like that) to buy tickets for this event.
Don't they want any supporters to attend the match?!

Hi, I just tried to purchase the same tickets as you need and it worked for me.
1 ticket was assigned to my account - Season Ticket Jack Army Member
1 ticket to my nephew - Season Ticket Holder

Just tried the same thing again on my PC, incase there was some weird reason that it wouldn't allow purchases from a mobile phone. But having tried it on the PC I'm getting exactly the same message: "Unfortunately, you are attempting to purchase more tickets for a match than you are allowed to. Please double check, and remove items from your basket to proceed."
Doesn't make sense! I am a Season Ticket Holder, Jack Army Member so don't really get it. TicketMaster should be renamed TicketDisaster! It's been terrible since they took over.
Anyway, thanks again, I'll give yours a try
