…which is why we should basically not let history define us .
Exactly.
So …. they can shuv their Principality bollox where the sun dont shine, likewise their laws that do not recognise our Celtic nations as equals, and the BritNat Royals and House of Lords can be consigned to the bin of history.
Give the stolen Marbles back to Greece.

Wales did not exist before the 10th Century. Even then is was just a collection of local tribes with no overall leader. History will tell you that. Fortunately most people in Wales are happy to remain in a United Kingdom and they certainly don't want to be ruled by an undemocratic EU.
The Anglo Saxon idea of a nation, is not the same as in other parts of the world.
‘Just a collection of local tribes’ is just as a valid a structure for a nation as a hereditary monarch. No less a nation. No more a nation.
The UK has an opportunity to modernise, or its game over. SNP and Sinn Fein are already well positioned, likewise the distinct Welsh Labour. Johnson has damaged the British brand in a way that might mean that recovery is not possible.

Correct a collection of tribes is not a nation. Nationhood is relatively a new concept and in Europe did not start until the Middle Ages. Spain was not created until 15th/16th century. Italy 1861, Germany 1866 and its present borders 1990. Most of Europe consisted of very small nations which combined either by choice or conquest. Most are now democratic and some like Yugoslavia and Czechoslova decided to split up.

Yet it took the Normans another 200 years to subdue the welsh after 1066.
Dont teach you that in BritNat comprehensive education.
The kings of England could barely subdue the English. Did your comprehensive school teach you how many civil wars and uprisings the average Norman/Plantagenet king had to deal with? How many kings were assassinated and deposed? You are forgetting this was an age of perpetual warfare, dirty politics and betrayal where nearly every lord was simultaneously bending the knee and sharpening his knife.

Can we have all our gold silver back from the Italians, who's Roman ancestors exported from the Britanica.
Can you also ask the Danes, Swedes and Norwegians if we can have all out treasurers back they stole while pillaging our churches.

A nation is different to a country though and does a definition of nation include different tribes constantly at war with each other?
SNP are well positioned for what exactly? Under police investigation, claims of massive fraud and lying to the people they represent, well positioned? it seems most Scots want matheson to resign over that 1k Ipad thing, Angus Robertson s criticised for visiting China and half of Scots are sick of Humza Yousef.
Now Welsh labour, heavily criticised by many and not just us on here, even the WOL has turned against them and Drakeford is taking them down a bad road towards ant democratic closed lists and spending money on things that should be way down the priority list. Even with all the money they have ploughed into CWL it is stll losing money and the Welsh language has also been heaviy backed but the news said fewer people are speaking Welsh, it is still in decline. Meanwhile the NHS and schools are badly in need of funds.
Johnson damaged the tories yet most people still want the Union. A union without these tories would be a good thing tho.

Has Johnson been charged ?
Yes -
Prime Minister Boris Johnson received a fine relating to a gathering for his birthday, in Downing Street on 19 June 2020. His wife Carrie and Chancellor Rishi Sunak were also fined over the party.
Also:
We conclude that in deliberately misleading the House Mr Johnson committed a serious contempt," the committee said:
"The contempt was all the more serious because it was committed by the prime minister, the most senior member of the government. There is no precedent for a prime minister having been found to have deliberately misled the House (of Commons, lower house of parliament)."
It recommended that he should not be entitled to a former member's pass, which enables most former prime ministers and lawmakers to gain automatic access to parliament.
Yes guilty as feck.

I do wish you would at least try to understand what covoid fixed penalties are. They are not criminal offence and have the same legal standing as fix penalty parking fixed penalties. They are not even fines.
They would not even show up on any DSB.
So just to correct you, AGAIN, he has not been charged with any Criminal offence let alone convicted of any criminal offence.
Once again what criminal offence has he been charged with ? Answer none.
Are you really suggesting all.MPs be banned from Westminster for a parking ticket? What that also apply yo any Senedd members who has had a parking ticket?

The penalty notices sent to the Prime Minister and Mr Sunak are part of fines sent to government staff who attended parties in Whitehall during 2020 and 2021 when Covid-19 restrictions were in place.
A No10 spokeswoman confirmed both of them will receive fines for breaches of Covid-19 regulations.
The fine makes Boris Johnson the first sitting British Prime Minister to have broken the law. 🇬🇧🫡

I am trying to figure out if there is a link between the Galatians of Anatolia and the Insular Celts of today. Galatians were were written about in the ancient holy books. This text refers to them as 'Celts'.
There was a "Celtic burial mound" near a place called Bolu with bones and ornamental. metal work.
Some historians do not like the word 'Celt' and call Welsh as 'Ancient Britons'. I am suspicious of this. They say it is a generic word for a number of peoples.
