Wrong again on all accounts. They were Islamist terrorist from a former Russian colony. The Russians have been committing war crimes against Muslims in Russian and even invading former colonies/ soviet socialist Republics.
Still no condemnation from you for the terrorist attacks by Russian which have injured 20,000 Ukrainian civilians and killed 10,000 civilians including 500 children.
Seems terrorism it okay when committed by Russia but not by people against Russian.

It’s not useless intelligence. The Americans gave the Russians the heads up about a forthcoming attack, they may have lacked the specific detail but that shouldn’t have prevented the Russian authorities taking action. A similar event took place 22 years ago, so it’s not as though it’s a unique event.
Russia is a big country it has huge intelligence and military capabilities and should have had sufficient resources to be able to protect multiple key sites or arrange for armed security to be deployed, but it didn’t.
If that intelligence related to the UK, we’d defo have security sorted. We had armed cops at the Wales match on Wednesday, if we can do that here I’d imagine the Russians could take care of Moscow. | | | |
