I would have recommended Virgin wholeheartedly up until this last fortnight.
There has been an issue, every night since the 23/8 when I get 5Mb speed in the SA6 area from 7 - midnight when I pay for 152Mb.
I've had to make about 20 calls during this fortnight as I had at least 5 broken promises on callbacks, have been hung up on 3 times and still nobody seems to have any clue as to what is going on.
