It takes HJ more away from the footballing side of things, and more towards the business side of the club. We are a Championship Club.
We can't afford a DOF / Chairman, Technical Director, Head of Marketing, Head of Recruitment, and whatever Donovan is doing.
Recruitment has been a shambles and a massive waste of money leading to our undoing.
