we should find out if he is good or not, he will improve, and I expect the same from Shelvey,

Far from terrible. Not great either. Not looking like a £12 million player (whatever one should be) in fairness yet, but he will score goals (as we've already seen) especially at home. Much better than anyone we had before he arrived up front (please no-one mention Moore here...). Got to start him away (as today) as it allows Michu to flourish behind him and we look more offensive (not negative as at Spurs).
I'm still open minded, would like to see improvement, but to possibly write him off after a couple of games, given the goal scoring threat he clearly has, would be madness. I'll say now - he'll get 15+ goals this season and if he does, he will be judged a success. |  |

Both Bony and Michu played well today. Michu found lots of space and the link up was quality.
Bony played well too, had some space, had a cracked shot and did well for us. Be interesting what we can get out of the Liverpool game at home now.
