I seem to remember a flag in with the Man Utd fans in the away stand that said something like Swansea Reds? like I said MUFC ,LFC tops in the vetch ,we have fans that support FC Den Haag and vice versa. So a few fans support Rangers as well who cares ? Still don't know how you are comparing Palestine into the football club mix?
Or are you just simply fishing? which if you are have a good day  |

I think it was boxing day 1987? We all went up on coaches because of no trains and on the way back seeing about 3,4 car full of fans fighting each other stopped on the M4 hard shoulder near Bridgend
In that photo they are looking towards to Swansea fans in the terracing and singing back and forth "who the fencking ell are you" there was a big green & yellow flag that said FC DEN HAAG SWANSEA CITY on it and a home made flag that said Queen's Boys Crew

I was in that stand with 2 of my mates towards the top of the stand but not in that photo I know about 8 boys in that photo(one who had a nice head of blonde hair but bald now lol! and cardiff fans saying he didn't start going to the football until 00's when this is clearly 80's) ,randomly cardiff gave us about 150 tickets for in there and they got snapped up pretty quick |

Still don't see the connection are we Palestine? Have we got a Palestine player? Do we play in Palestine? Is Palestine a football club? But if anyone wants to bring a Palestine flag fill your boots. Flags are flags why get bend out of shape about it? When we go camping my missus always puts up little bunting flags around our place but they get on my t1ts because they fall down....Who cares life is good |

This question was asked on a Welsh football forum a few years ago
In all honesty I think its a just a hangover from the early days of bringing union jacks to wind up cardiff fans and show the Welsh FA what we think about being over looked by the Welsh FA and their love for all things cardiff and it has just escalated from there. A lot of football clubs have connections to Rangers including Chelsea, Millwall...etc I seen a similar Chester Loyal flag the other day, don't worry about it it's only a flag just like those rainbow flags that keep popping up everywhere |

What a great time to support the Swans from then until the last season in the Premier, sadly can't see it happening again anytime soon. If you know an Ipswich fan or a Wrexham fan tell them to drink it in as much as they can |

I've never really got the capital city thing with that lot.
Realistically there are are only 2 proper cities in Wales one is Swansea the other is them lot so what's the big deal ? What's that got to do with SCFC or them?
As much as I love my country but the capital of feck all is feck all. About 2 million more people live in Yorkshire than Wales, Wales is about the size of a big county. On the other hand we are the most successful club in Wales Premiership,Europe, and won a major trophy when about 99% of us are still alive. The last time they won anything of any significance 100% of them are now dead.
And we rip them a new @rsehole time and time again...and don't talk about the Doube.

I aways remember taking a big run and jump over the big puddle of water outside the entrance of the toilet to land in a big puddle of pi$$ inside. I ruined many a pair of Adidas Gazelles doing that....Count me in 👍 |

Heavy industry in Swansea in the 1950's would have been massive Docks, Railway, Swansea Vale, local mines, steel works, BP....etc
The area was heavily male populated a bank holiday all the boys on the lash Swansea has always been a big footballing town no matter what those clowns up the road think. [Post edited 30 Mar 10:24]
