Have to agree with Hunter here. Stephan is a coach that has succeeded elsewhere so he's clearly not a moron, and we have played some good football this season (hell, even Hull a couple of weeks back, even if they are sh*t), so I find the idea that he's the problem to be unconvincing. To me it again comes down to injuries. Given that we're missing so many key players I don't know what Stephan is supposed to do? People were asking for subs yesterday but the bench was full of untested kids, two of whom came on to simply get minutes after the game was long gone. To me it's clear that something is drastically wrong with the performance team. We've looked unfit all season and now we're reduced to throwing untested kids to the wolves. The buck stops with Ben Williams, so he has to go. I have no doubt that Stephan will be thrown under the nearest Routemaster and Williams will escape unscathed yet again, however. |

They will sack Stephan. We will hire a new manager, Williams will stay. We'll have 15 players injured in January, crumble down to 16th, rinse and repeat. I've tried to be balanced, but it has to be Williams or Nourry (or both) out in the summer. |

Here in the Netherlands (basically the same weather as the UK) we have a heat pump for our apartment, and I can't rate it highly enough. It's really nice how the temperature of our apartment stays constant - regardless of the weather, outside temperature etc., it's 20°C in here. On a freezing cold day there's nothing as satisfying as entering the apartment and it being immediately warm. Electricity use is pretty low too, as we have to pay for the electricity to run it. Only downside for us is that they force us to rent it from a company who were approved by the building, which means that they take us for a ride on renting the thing. But in terms of heating? Can't rate it highly enough. PS. While the apartment is decently insulated, I should also note that windows cover every external wall and that the corridor outside our front door is basically open to the elements (I don't know which moron of an architect thought this was a good idea) so even in a non-ideal situation they can work. |

We knew we'd have growing pains with a lot of young players (thank you, Ben) but the lack of effort on the press etc. in that half was not acceptable. I can accept a lack of experience or quality (from young players, at least) but a lack of effort is inexcusable. We need to find some standards for the second half. |

Generally one of the more positive posters but that half of football deserved to be booed. Kone is the only one who can realky hold his head up for his effort |

Shambolic defending again. Esquerdinha isn't ready yet, he should be on loan. Talented lad, not slagging him, but we shouldn't be in this position |
