Had a load of Tin Rib which I sold this year. That Nu NRG Hard House , Acid Trance was banging at the start. Pablo Gargano on EVE records, Choci Chewns, Tidy Trax etc.. I've still got a soft spot for that sound, but just doesn't go in my sets anymore.
I don't really get your analogy Norf, but I haven't once said you and JD don't know what you are talking about. I value both your opinions and clearly know more than me what's going on behind the scenes. Obviously I'm concerned about what's going on at the moment, and I've never been one to shy away from criticising the club on this message board. We all know the real problem at the club is the owners. But we're stuck with them. Just feels to me, that there's momentum building around who's at fault for the dreadful start of the season. I just wonder if it's all a bit premature to hound out Nourry. Just an opinion Norf, not trying to dig you out.
Well, you ,Clive and others know more than me with what's happening behind the scenes. It's almost like the last 15 years hasn't happened. Fk it, the last 40 years (for me) . I'm well aware of disasters at the club. It's not the case of look the other way. I was just trying to add a bit of perspective. But hey ho.. you crack on. My pitch forks are still in the garden shed for now. Let's see how we get on on Saturday.
It is entirely normal to discuss what's going on. Hence why posters are offering up a different view point. Not sure why Clive , Haddock, and yourself are posting salty replies.
Why is it really sad? Some of my best times supporting this club was while I was blissfully unaware about what was going on behind the scenes. Look, I've been reading this site for the best part of 20 years. I'm not completely oblivious and everyone knows I get involved in the QPR chat in here, so I don't really need to justify how much I care about what goes on. I was interested in the direction we was going under Nourry, and we started to look more professional. All I'm saying is I'm happy to give to at least January before I get on Nourrys case. I just don't care about his communication skills.
Well ,yes of course, if we end up in L1 next season than my viewpoint on Nourry will change. All I'm saying from my point of view is it seems a bit early to start castigating the guy. Wasn't that long ago, pretty much most on here seemed impressed with what he was doing. But hey, I'm just a casual fan, what do I know. ? He could be doing everything wrong.
If QPR were getting good results, would we be on Nourrys case so much. ? I've said it before on here, but I'm not fussed about knowing about all the goings on behind the scenes. It's still really early days and Nourry is just implementing a change in direction that wasn't working before. I dunno, I get where Clive is coming from and he and others have a different relationship with the club to me. Obviously, must be really frustrating when you run a QPR site and the club have decided to shut the door for the time being. For me it's really early days. January window is a big one now as clearly the summer hasn't gone according to plan.
I started watching Smile last night. It genuinely creeped me out. Turned it off in the end. I was already getting Sunday night panic attacks anyway, so just for health reasons I switched to random youtube vids.
We're sitting bottom of the league. Of course things are not right behind the scenes. I'd imagine it's pretty far from alright. Novice manager and players in this league. They need to fix up sharpish. We all want them to do well. I don't feel there's any snakes in this team, trying to rinse our club. I reckon we'll get out of this. 0-0 at Burnley is not a bad result.
Nice one Saffa. Good report. I left the game feeling more positive for the season than I did on Saturday. I'm sure the players probably feel the same. We're only 10 games in. Plenty of points to play for.
I dont really get the Saito signing either. Good little player but he's basically Chair, so offers nothing different. Take Frey out of our attack line up and our average height is about 5'2". Like a load of Hobbits running around.
