When you say "hammering the exercise" do you mean you've been going out and getting on it, again. You can dress it up how you like it mate but that's a midlife crisis.

Another 53 year old. I entered my 50s in good shape after taking up boxing but within 3 months my knee gave out, my old fitness routines went out of the window when the operation wasn't a success and I piled on the weight as I felt sorry for myself. I've finally reconciled myself to walking, cycling and finally dieting.
