We must be the only club with multi billionare owners that can't seem to get anything built.

What sort of protest or action are you proposing?

Are you and Baz the same person?
Just asking as you both love the edit function... mmmmmmmm

Proof on fundamentals? Well the thing has been cancelled due to lack of engagement and not ticking the boxes you’d tick on these sort of developments on this sort of land.
Environmental Impact studies are Janet and John

Avoidance of hurdles etc - see above

My view years ago well documented on the subject as I could see the car crash they were causing. Sorry if that doesn’t sit well with you.

I must also apologise that I’ve not included all manner of external links to the Guardian, flow charts and Venn diagrams etc which I know are soft porn to you.
Let’s see how “Plan B” pans out..... at the moment I’d say it’s B for bullshit

Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

To late the protests should have happened a long time a go , Richard Thompson did far less worse than this mob yet got pelters of abuse
Maybe 70% of this fan base likes it’s tummy tickled & fed bullsh1t by uncle Tony and his chums

You’ve said you were done with me for the third time but you’ve come back again. I thought that arrangement was working quite well for both of us but you’ve slung in two unprovoked digs in this thread for some reason, so I’m beginning to suspect you are not being genuine.

Maybe if you ask Clive nicely he’ll check IP addresses for you.

If there is nothing we can do even if we wanted to there is little reason to let it wind you up.

For what it’s worth I agree with you about the owner’s record mostly, but let’s wait and see on this one.

Sorry, I didn’t see this until after my last post. I’m not a fan of TF at all. The only way to improve things for me would be to have a fan on the board which I think is realistic and achievable but it’s always met with a shrug.

It’s a long line of fantasy lies that grinds my gears , I think we are the only fan base that lets this happen, we are like a downtrodden wife whose husband knocks her around and cheats hoping that one day he will see the light and be true
We can wait and see but they have provided no evidence that they will come through with anything
Only let down & failure is the track record for them

Agreed, several fans on the board would do me

Best route for that would be through the LSA or another Organised fan group in my opinion.

I’ve applied to be on the Fan’s Forum to broach the subject but I’ve been rejected every time.

Thought about spending a bit of time and energy founding my own single issue group, but I think I’ve burned a lot of support on here which might be a hinderence as any access to fans would have to be done through social media and the message boards as well as match days.

know why?
because fans are idiots.
Look at this thread for example.

Bare bones.

to be honest mate, you use this board as one long therapy session most of the time.

Bare bones.

I’d say uninformed rather than idiotic.

I know I’ve bored everyone silly with this, but if fans had a true and meaningful stake in the club rather than just handing over their season ticket money or £30 a game I’m sure they would take bad news better when they know they they are part of the process.

The community work and Fan’s Forum help, but it’s not enough.

The facts are there for all to see yet delusional twonks like you simply refuse to acknowledge them.

Look at your statement from another angle. Who in their right minds wouldn't start work immediately on a plot that they'd fought over for 7 years and finally had permission to build on? Procrastination is the thief of time. QPR secured the green light in November 2018 yet allowed the site to develop into a nature reserve thereby enabling Hanwell Nature to secure a fresh judicial review last month.

As for the past, the current owners have presided over one shambles after another. Old Oak Common, Car Giant, the Linford Christie stadium, and Warren Farm. They also wasted the thick end of half a billion chasing a Premier League pipe dream and left the club with nothing to show for it but an FFP fine. To ignore this terrible track record in favour of Lee's latest PR stunt is frankly idiotic and naïve on your part.

Is it in fact genuine? Hoos has made many statements in the past which turned out to be false dawns. And even if it is genuine, it's impossible to gauge whether it's a better option than WF without details.

Note how Lee has already resorted to the NDA card to avoid questioning. He used a similar tactic with Warren Farm claiming that legal opposition to the project was preventing him from furnishing fans with details. If there is an NDA in place then why even mention it now?

Or, better still, your post for example.

All legal avenues were exhausted in November 2018. QPR's failure to strike while the iron was hot ultimately killed the project.
2

Warren Farm not happening on 23:30 - May 6 with 1539 viewsBenny_the_Ball

It's entirely accurate and fair.

In November 2018 the Supreme Court appeal was rejected meaning that all legal avenues had been exhausted. Lee Hoos himself announced that construction would begin. The judicial review you speak of was only granted in April 2020 because QPR's failure to act in over 1 year allowed Warren Farm to transform itself into a nature reserve.

Hoos better have a plan B up his sleeve. If that doesn't come off, he should walk.
