Not sure where Wallace was there, not on the striker thats for sure. they'd don't deserve that

Same old problems, nothing changes.

Terrible defending - 4 defenders marking space, that’s Wallace’s fault. Ball watching. Godden unmarked.

Bandy-legged Lumley

I'm sure the ball bounced in off his balls

Another goal. Legs akimbo from Joe - reminded me of my days off base in the Viet Cong.

That was not good. After all the dominance to go in level at half time is very poor.

Leave their in form striker in acres of space. Terrible defending.

Don't think Lumley covered himself in glory either. When your that tall why don't you come and make that yours. The striker
was beyond the post and should not have megged Lumley poor around

Wallace and the scorer were together around the spot. Wallace drifted near post while scorer faded toward the back post. Why Wallace why.

Wallace absolutely at fault there but Lumley cannot let the ball through his legs like that.

3 minutes the lead lasted, schoolboy stuff and half expected.

Dominated the half but made little of it apart from a soft penalty and then mess it up at the other end of the pitch.

We need to step up our game in the second half and be more aggressive. I'd like to see more from our midfield. Chair is playing to deep for my liking. Want to see him get in more dangerous areas.

Bad from Lumley but what a brain fart from Wallace. Why go near post when we already have all our defence there

Wallace left him unmarked, but it's straight at Lumley and it goes in. Again.

Can any of our left backs defend?

Even just the basic stuff like tracking a man?

Not sure you can have a go at Lumley there, though. Good cross. Good header, down into the ground.

Totally on the defence that one.

Where’s Wallace?

Sometime in the second half I wouldn't mind seeing Chair come into the middle, bring Amos off and get Thomas on. BOS left, Thomas right and Chair in the middle.

Games was so good that all Sky talk about is not taking the knee.

Think Cameron took Barbet out accidentally, Kakay didn't cut out the cross, Wallace completely lost his man, in fairness to Lumley it was very close range, not sure I'd blame him for the goal.

We do seem to play to the level of the opposition. Coventry are no where close to Forest in ability, so after a comfortable ten minutes we decide to relax and win in a canter. Except we're not actually good enough to do that.
