Robbed. Hope the ref's car breaks down on the way home

Agree about James and the back 4, also Dougalls best game for awhile

The shield given to them by Dougall and Wintle was reason for the good back 4 performances.
Having said that, it's beginning to irk me that it's generally accepted / written in stone that we have 2 sitting mids. They do it very well and avoided our common problem of being swamped in the middle of the park which is very good for a start but that's all they do, sit.
I think that in Critchley's ideal world, and our real shot at the big time, is playing with only 1 defensive midfielder. It's a tough call to make and we've got a lot to do until our team is good enough to play that way.
For now, I hope we work on our 2 sitting mids having an eye to taking it in turns to make forward runs and get past our attacking lines.
The advantage that Stewart adds is bringing the ball out of defense.
I wonder that if Stewart ever gets a run of games. Say, for example, 3 months without injury that he could start getting forward, making runs, providing an attacking threat.
Learning to read clusters is not something your eyes do naturally. It takes constant practice.
Blackpool were left to rue a catalogue of officiating errors as they were forced to settle for a point against QPR after a relentless display in front of the TV cameras.

Some really strong lines in this from Critchley. This has to be my favourite though:

Blackpool came back from a goal down to secure a point in an entertaining clash against QPR.
The home side had the ball in net inside six minutes but Kenny Dougall's header was wrongly ruled out for offside because Gary Madine, who had been in an offside position, touched the ball when it had already crossed the line.
The R's took the lead before the break through Chris Willock's beautifully-struck curling effort from the edge of the area.
Madine smashed a penalty in after QPR goalkeeper Seny Dieng had fouled Jordan Gabriel in the penalty area, and substitute Sonny Carey nearly won it for the hosts but his shot struck the outside of the post.
The point means Mark Warburton's men will spend the international break in sixth place, while the Seasiders are in 10th but just one point behind.
To their credit, both teams ended the game looking for a winner in difficult conditions on the north west coast.
Blackpool will rightly feel aggrieved that Dougall's early goal was incorrectly ruled out and will perhaps feel that the visitors should have been reduced to 10 men when Dieng brought Gabriel down in the area and was only shown a yellow card.
QPR largely played on the counter-attack but made the absolute most of one of their rare forays forward in the first half when Willock took advantage of Gabriel allowing him to cut inside to curl a super effort in.
Carey hit the outside of the post and Dieng had to be alert on a couple of occasions as the home side went in search of a winner, but it was the R's who had the final chance to take all three points when Scotland striker Lyndon Dykes blazed a late shot over the crossbar.
QPR host Luton after the international break in a fortnight, while the Tangerines travel to Swansea when they return to action on the same day.
