Blackpool Fan Taking On Trek For Mental Health Charity Mind 10:08 - May 14 with 66 views | BringBackTheRedRoom | Think this deserves its own thread Blackpool fan Gavin Goulds will be representing the Seasiders on a 12-hour overnight hike for charity in July. The former Blackpool Sixth Form College student has signed up for the Mind United: Trek the Peak District challenge alongside his friend Robert McLeod, which aims to raise awareness and funds for The EFL's charity partner, Mind. Mind provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. The charity campaigns to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding, given that one in four of us will experience a mental health problem every year. Mind believes that nobody should be left to face a mental health problem alone. Gavin has set a target of raising £500 for Mind and hopes to gain further support from his fellow Blackpool fans in reaching that milestone.
