Keshi Anderson announces he's leaving Swindon Town ahead of rumoured Blackpool move
KESHI Anderson has announced he is leaving Swindon Town.
The 25-year-old attacker is rumoured to be heading for Town’s League One rivals Blackpool and tweeted a farewell message to fans today.
It read: “Had an amazing 3 years @Official_STFC where I accomplished something special in the end with an unbelievable team.
“Thank you to the managers who have helped me progress, the staff throughout the club, my teammates and of course the fans who were there week in week out in numbers! It’s been real.”
Anderson was transfer-listed by boss Richie Wellens a year ago but worked his way back into favour and netted six times in 22 appearances as Town clinched the League Two title.
The highlight came on Boxing Day, when he netted a hat-trick in a 4-0 drubbing of Cambridge United.
‘Where there is harmony, may we bring discord. Where there is truth, may we bring error. Where there is faith, may we bring doubt. And where there is hope, may we bring despair’

It's got to be a good signing:- A young, improving player who played well for a team that was promoted from the division below.
Good credentials.
On the height / power thing. It depends on the position you're playing. 5'9" may not put you at a disadvantage if you're an out and out winger but it's at the lower end of the scale if you're part of a rotating front 3 - And again it depends on the physical attributes of your team mates too. It'd be nice to have a couple of strong running forwards, they'd be real assets.
Learning to read clusters is not something your eyes do naturally. It takes constant practice.
Another good point is that he's a left sided attacker - we sorely needed at least a couple last season and our team formation and tactics were dictated by our lack of them.
