The lack of contact is weird.

For the first time in a while yesterday, at the newsagent's, I touched something that had been touched by a stranger when he passed me some photocopies over the counter.

I'm going to the supermarket later today for the first time in at least a week and don't know what to expect.

Still on the subject lack of contact. I've been working a lot, but instead of seeing and communicating with people I've using Microsoft TEAMS. It takes the impersonal approach to a whole new level.
