When I heard our entry was "Dizzy" I had vision of Tommy Roe being resurrected.... then I heard it and thought here we are rushing back to last place yet again.
We always watch it... when our girls were at home it was a staple... but then it was compared by the late great Sir Terry ..... and he was the best part of it.
Now we have Radio 2 bombarding us with Ritchie Anderson and Scott Mills .... 2 of the most untalented people I could imagine (I don't mind Rylan) .....

Wouldn't it be fantastic if Wet Spam emulated that other entitled club .... Birmingham when they got rid of Eustace
Unfortunately they have had a couple of London Derby tonkings and we all know how much they hurt.
Isn't he the leading manager in games currently in the premier?
Be a name banded about in the next load of managerial merry-go-round I'm sure

Spot on Ted a win is a win and when the dust as settled we can look back on a pretty frustrating season but a season that as ended with a lot of hope for the future.
That will totally depend on Mart staying and building on this
The summer will be interesting, who is staying who is going and more importantly if we can get anyone in

If that is about Walsh then this is not looking like the kind of game where he is under a lot of pressure. That save where he pushed it back into the box was not really good, should always push it out of danger.........as I said he as looked competent and I hope he does get his chance.

Good that we are winning but hard to really get excited about this. Coventry look like a team that is spent, losing out on a cup final and the play-offs have just about finished them off.
We look solid and comfortable and a piece of Chair magic should have seen this game off.
Wonder if Marti will bring on a few subs, especially Uncs.
Hard to judge Walsh, that on save where he pushed it back into the box wasn't great, but everything else he has done has been competent.
Now we need to get into the off season and see where we stand

Not able to get there today so find myself in some far flung corner of the Far East.
Only surprise is Hayden in the team, would have thought Newcastle would have wanted him not playing in case they want to sell him

Yep this is going to be interesting. Don't go to every away game now, but do try and get to as many as I can.... but the scheduling is going to be challenging for quite a few I imagine.

Cifuentes on Leeds
at 15:28 29 Apr 2024

Think the most poignant part of your post was the winning over of the players .
In October 2023 were top of the league, and playing some nice football. No matter what we feel about Beale for 2 months he had us playing. We can argue the fact that Beale left due to him being "found out" or not, but there is no denying him leaving nearly destroyed our club
I still feel Critchley may have been the right man at the wrong time. Ainsworth unfortunately was a basket case and the Haka video summed up the mood of the players.
Cifuentes has come in and changed the mood entirely. He has got decent players wanting to play again, and decent players will always be able to win matches.
We are lacking in attack and that as to be addressed this summer. But I may be in a minority here but I wouldn't lose much sleep if Bego stays another season. He made mistakes, but I still think he can do a job in this league with am organised defence.
Marti is the breath of fresh air this club as been looking for 2 years now

Some of the oldtimers here

Have 4 two older 24 and 18 and 2 younger boys 3 and 6 and they are a joy.
We unfortunately don't see them as much as we like as they live in London but they come down to us often, especially in the summer for the beach.
They get the same joy out of run from the waves, skipping a stone, digging a hole in the sand and eating an ice cream as their mums did.
As above you get all that and at the end of the day you get to hear mum I need.... and we just smile and good luck... they really are a joy

Frey and Kolli

Though the 4 signings have been good, the Frey and Hodge ones do seem strange.
Not sure if injury as kept Frey out, or it may just be a case that he hasn't settled and may leave in the summer
The Hodge loan though is really strange. Total waste of time on the surface of it

Be interesting to see what he does. Last night it looked like he definitely was enjoying his football again... and I'm sure Marti would want to keep him... but it maybe best for both parties if he moved on...

On the thread I thought he was our best player.... had a quieter 2nd half which for me dropped him for MOTM.... but a good player for us and with Cook... great buys from the Aimsworth debacle

Speechless... hoarse.... and nearly in tears..... what is it about this bloody club!!!
There have been times coming away from grounds, and especially Loftus Road when I seriously doubted my sanity... when we never spoke in the car... when the Sunday morning in my house was purgatory.
Times when you say to yourself enough is enough.... that is me finished.
Then you come on here and it is family, we are all hurting, we are all p!ssed off.... but you start to chuckle and go again.
So thank you the boys tonight... you have made me proud of my club again.... and the LFW family... for basically being here, picking ourselves up and going again.... enjoys lads these nights don't come often
