I can see that happening. Makes a change from sending him out of Westlife or someone who finished 11th on the X Factor, thats for sure |

Sadly not, wasn't streamed anywhere so wasn't able to catch it. Could only follow the updates this time. Someone on here probably will though as it was at Loftus Road and had free entry. So any reports very welcome. |

Are we doing released/retained one player per day? I reckon it'll be Joe Walsh getting an extension tomorrow Good news though, his re-invention under MC has been very welcome |

A part of me thinks they'll go for the Cardiff manager just because he's Turkish and done a season in the Championship. Hull job could be a hiding to nothing, they'll lose their only defender in Jacob Greaves this summer for free, the loans go, Philogene has a buy-back at Villa which they may fancy with a Champions League campaign ahead so lots of extra games. |

Sacked as Hull City boss according to reports. Fair or not? |

Kolli is starting for the Dev Squad today so thats positive if he gets through that and we get a full pre-season with him. Lorent Talla back too from injury, both will more than likely be with the first team once pre-season starts |

100% this, Wharton looks the business as a Premier League player. I'd be surprised if Southgate doesn't at least include him for the pre-tournament friendlies to have a look, same as he wanted to do with Eze a few years back |

Dougie Freedman looks like he'll be switching his Sporting Director role at Palace for the same role at Newcastle. Which possibly increases the chances Newcastle will be interested in Eze. All they'd need to do is shift Paul Dummett, Matt Ritchie and Jamal Lewis to Al-someone for a combined £100 million and they'd have the cash ready to go |

Local lad who always gave his best, thats how I'll remember him. I hope he gets himself a good League 1 club and can push on and have a good career |

One thing that we could probably note going into the window is that Ipswich were promoted with joint top scorers on 13 and Blackburn stayed up on the last day with a top scorer on 27. Remember folks, we don't need a 25 goal striker if we can share the goals out a bit! [Post edited 6 May 0:39]

Something that struck me today. At 2-0 up in the 70ish minute of an almost meaningless end of season game, he was intensely going through tactics with Ilias Chair on the sidelines. No let up, no drop of standards, no end of season stroll. He expected, he's a winner and my god do we need a winner. So yes, thank you Martí |

Clearly a very good shot stopper. A few years younger than Dieng was when he made his debut for us. A season in L1 probably right for him, obviously has work to do as you'd expect of a keeper his age. But I can't see why he can't be a future number 1 for us. Loved his interview too, playing for us meant the world to him today |

He's often nowhere near as bad as some people suggest and nowhere near as good as we know he can be. Overall, I don't think I'll miss him all that much. |

I'm looking forward to the first panic thread that we haven't signed a striker yet, I'm going for June 18th. |
