Cycling is a great cardio exercise, got back on a bike a couple of years ago now do about 80-100 miles a week.

Got an XXL lotto home top from a couple of seasons ago unused still with tags attached if you have a fat bar steward on the team. Long story but I'm a medium so would have to really ramp up the diet to fit in it, otherwise it will spend the rest of its natural in the loft. |

Firstly dont use a franchised repair like chipsaway/dent devils as although some people there are very competent others I wouldnt allow to wash my car let alone repair it and can be a bit like playing russian roulette.
As Im slightly OCD about my car I use a sight called detailingworld.co.uk, might be worth you registering and asking the question. i had a quick search and this company http://www.ak-bodycraft.co.uk/ seem to get good feedback and have lots of pictures showing their work.
It all depends where you live but like I said best bet register with detailingworld and ask the question, they're a very helpful and knowledgable bunch. |
