She should have paid the cab driver. She did later apparently. She has certainly had a few. But the racism charge. Yes the Policeman, I am sure was white. Correct. And was he stupid, well charging her for saying so, is ridiculous. So correct again tbh. It wasn't the most aggressive conversation and another reason, why the police are so disrespected these days. Whilst real criminals who burgle peoples homes or scam the vulnerable dreadfully are not even investigated..... However, the one true crime is she played for Chelsea. Life sentence without parole !!! Someone in power seriously needs to shake up modern policing - it is not fit for purpose in anyways. [Post edited 7 Feb 0:24]

I reckon 47 points will be safe this year. So effectively 2 wins 0 draws and 14 defeats will get us safe, which when you consider two and half months ago, we were rock bottom and long odds on favourites for the drop... Astonishing !!! |

Fantastic character actor Nice guy Good innings Perhaps what most of us would like to be put in her own obituaries. RIP Brian |

Certainly has a bit of menace about him and stands as a hard man type persona that could rile the odd unsuspecting centre back. He does seem to score fairly regularly also and can in games be an excellent hold it up there type of player also. We have been looking for a decent centre forward for many years as we have had zero tbf. But with Frey fit - we have a decent championship number nine - old school target man - who occasionally with a little bit of trickery - like last night. Kolli, Lloyd and Celar are decent replacements but none are the old skool centre forward but with us having a variety of goal threats in the team - we certainly have a decent squad currently, embarrassment of riches almost in comparison to recent days gone by. |

Actually was at snooker tournament in the 80s with a mate and ahead were two players and their manager walking towards us. Didn't realise how loud I said it but said to my friend, "Oh look there's Tony Meo." Barry Hearn and Steve Davis were not impressed !!!! [Post edited 4 Feb 23:09]

Bit unkind to dig out players when we are doing so well. Am sure both Celar and Madsen would like to achieve here but for whatever reason both have seemed somewhere else when playing but let's focus on the positives perhaps. We have so much depth that unless there are a lot of injuries coming up, can't see either featuring but no need to dig out players at the moment.... |

End of November we were adrift at the bottom. It's actually converting the draws into wins that has made the difference. The team all have fight. |

The cliche fits One game at a time and see where it takes us. The great thing is we have a squad of players that nearly all are capable of doing a decent show. Strength in depth. Not words heard uttered much in Shepherds Bush in recent seasons. |

Southampton are having a horrendous season at the back and they have not picked Edwards at all. Hard to understand that. On that display he is premier league standard class now. Unfortunately he will only be here for this season. Looks like a future international to me. Some were peed, we got him in on loan when we grooming him for rivals next season perhaps and keeping out our own players, but to get this guy in, was an excellent piece of business. Yep shades of Roeder and Fenwick with the gliding out of defence and through the midfield. Word of the day - IMPERIOUS !! Well played Sir !!!! [Post edited 4 Feb 22:44]

Probably our strongest bench for a long time. Very positive team with Saito Chair Smyth and Morgan behind Frey. Goalfest tonight perhaps ??? Or maybe not ..... |

Wasn't yourself that said that Wilkins, was it ??? You said we should move on Field, Smyth, Cook and Dunne. All bang average, I remember you saying !!! That would have gone down well... Replacing them with Madsens and Celars available...... [Post edited 4 Feb 16:27]

Yes I could see this happening, but even half decent displays, and he is pushing for a place on the bench at Spurs, and in particular with how poor, that they have been, so far this season. |

Can't help thinking this was all engineered. Was increasingly apparent as time wore on, that there was to be an improved contract signed, and announced tonight, before the game. All the hullabaloo with Sheffield United, but can't help but assume that, it was all, a lot of hot air !!! It's been a pain in the butt, however the right outcome prevails !!! And breathe !!! I think the selling point is his name. I expect sexy football from the outset. A few thirty yards swirlers from set pieces , underside of cross bar and step overs and rabonas in evidence. |
