Faster here also.
I do 16/8 everyday and once a month ill do a 72hr water only fast. Best thing I've ever done for my body, mentally, physically and emotionally.
Mad to think that most of the worlds diseases could be cured by eating less!
We're told 3 meals a day! Well we'd be lucky to get 1 kill a day back in our caveman days.
We as humans were evolved to eat a feast/famine cycle diet. You hunt and may get lucky right away and eat for a few days then hunt again and not find anything for a few days. Our bodies are built for survival and when fasted and empty of food your body actually starts repairing cells to almost the point of not aging.
Autophagy (spelling maybe off there) is an absolutely fascinating subject. Ketosis is needed for the brain almost more than glucose but we gorge on glucose too much in our diets for Ketosis to take any effect.
I could go on for days about this subject. Chair would of actually been more proactive fasting if he did it in a constant state as opposed to just Ramadan. |

He really is showing a wonderful blend between the 2 so far.
He's is very astute with a thirst to learn so much more it's palpable.
I also hope though that we temper expectations for next season. Should we be excited? Absolutely but in a way like Marti exudes.
Pre season will be interesting, in fact the summer in general will be.
It's about time the sun shone on QPR. Perhaps we are about to enjoy our time in the light for however long it's lasts.
Really looking forward to your player and manager ratings. My favourite part of the year good and bad.

Incredibly good. Was the first time my 2 kids 4 & 7 watched most of the game with me. When Fields goal went in all of us were screaming. I've never had my kids that interested as we don't watch live due to time differences (New Zealand). A very special game indeed and QPR have 2 extra fans.
Just was just a night for QPR in general. Everything clicked which is rare but when it does it really is magical.
We will be talking about that game for years to come. Even the dodgy stream I watched on was flawless. 😂 |

Club should be carving out the Saint Marti Statue made of the finest Italian marble for the job he's done.
Best signing the club made this season.
