It’s an interesting signing as Gordon progressed well at the end of the season and was a consistent player at right back. It could be an indication where we may be more flexible tactically as Gordon has played centrally, so he could play on the right of a back three and TAR at wing back - something Keohane is capable of on the other side. |

Has he signed a new deal for Wolves? Only had a quick look and it says his contract expires at the end of the month. |

And yet Mitchell has proven to be effective when we have gone direct in behind. The biggest change on that front was losing Moulden. Have a feeling he could be the literal no.1 target this summer. |

Whilst sharing the concerns around inflexibility in how we play, especially when it’s been proven we are better when we are mixing up our style, the end of season results and commitment from the club and the Ogdens have established McNulty’s position. It would undermine and weaken that position if any changes to the coaching/first team management set up occurred without him initiating them. So it’s a non-starter. The main wish is he acknowledges supporter feelings and utilises the more positive aspects of our play, more regularly. |

It’s understandable that a significant regime change will lead to a period of assessment, with some things maybe under review. However, it’s really hoped that the fans meeting next Monday will see the beginning of a significant change in approach to maximising what resource we do have to engage the fans and the town. At the moment it’s got a feeling of we’re all waiting to see what the future looks like. Monday should give us all a better picture. |

I enjoyed the Cup Final. Two different styles and United won it by going direct and defending well. Guardiola out-thought himself and lost it by playing a normal back four for the first half. |

Oh yeah. Still, not sure why it matters to the crowd counters of Bury whether we discussed Galloway’s comments when they meant nothing to the football club. |

Galloway has been discussed on here. His presence at a supporters meeting ahead of the EGM included. If his little speech outside the ground wasn’t specifically mentioned on the board (cba checking) it’s because we all knew the club wasn’t “saved” at that stage and there was plenty more that was needed to be done. His views have been an irrelevance throughout, so not sure why we’d be too concerned about this particular involvement. That hard work to save our club continued of course and we are where we are today. Meanwhile, your club was lost due to splits in the fanbase, a useless supporters organisation and the inability to challenge owners who provided you with a winning team on a budget that would see the club’s demise. But you know that. Just like everyone present at Wythenshawe for your new club’s cup final knew every other person there. Apparently. |

“general response online” Well that settles it then. Case closed. With that sort of evidence to back up an argument it’s beyond any doubt whatsoever. Cheers Sherlock. Please come back soon. |

Ah, so it’s not just fans running on the pitch then? And then they say this: “ As a club, we deplore this behaviour and as well as supporting the police, we will be issuing the most serious of sanctions.” To confirm, have you checked with EVERY Bury fan “their” that day whether they had seen those involved before and they weren’t Bury fans, as per your previous statement? The story in that link posted by Bury (A)FC includes the following: “ The police will now be working through a process of identifying the people that encroached on the playing surface when we scored, and also the images on social media of fans fighting.” |

So why did AFC release this statement?
No one who was “their” had seen them before? You’ve asked everyone then? |

The past is indeed the past, but rewriting history to suit an argument doesn’t help achieve progress in the future either. Nobody was under any illusions about the club’s position over the last few months, the facts are that the Ogdens have provided us with a future with help from many others in getting the deal done. Some of the other events leading up to this point in time don’t reflect well on our club, but that’s probably part of any journey that ends with a positive conclusion. |

Undoubtedly. Decisions that make sense rather than words that sound good but have little substance when it comes to reality. They had to go up and should have a year ago at least. |

Well done to all concerned who focused on finding the best route forward for the club. This is undoubtedly it. With the new blood on the board and having prominent roles it’s clear we are going to find a different, hopefully positive way, of operating and maximising everything that’s good about RAFC. |

If the contract is in the club’s favour and it has been triggered, it doesn’t matter if a player wants to sign it. They effectively already have. |

Pompey fans seem genuinely gutted at Rafferty leaving. He’ll get another league one club for sure. He can also play in a back three to prolong his career so wouldn’t be surprise to see a Wigan/Bolton/Barnsley type club come in for him. |

Then the voting system being used is obviously not the best. Which states the obvious! Don’t get it because the Trust run things like player of the month without these problems. |

The number of votes cast should have given them a fair idea of the issues. And that they’re now requiring an email to vote. |

Scunthorpe lose on penalties to Boston in the playoff semi finals. |
