Merthyr Town. Pity the other thread turned political
at 17:59 30 May 2024

my twitter was full of it, in comparison to you saying on here that Merthyr should join the LOW.

And Merthyr are only three steps short of league 2, so what is your point? Should every club three steps short of league two get up and go join another league?

I wish Colwyn Bay all the best but they were pressurised into joining the welsh leagues for financial reasons.
If Merthyr can afford to carry on as they are then they should carry on as they are.

Hit the social media, fans forums etc, and tell every Merthyr fan you come across what league you believe they should be playing in and then ask them for their opinion.

I await your response after the exercise has been complete.

My second team Ammanford
Finished third, safe for another season.
Remarkable season actually considering that the two previous seasons it was down to the last match of the season to find out if they survived relegation or not.

on another note,

Man City won the league today, as soon as the final whistle went, hundreds of fans run on to the pitch, but the same second the final whistle went most of the Man City players sprinted for the tunnel and run off the pitch.

Ok i get player security and all that, but in comparison, Wrexham get promoted, final whistle, players run towards the fans.
Man City win the league, players sprint down the tunnel.

last game of season today,

They won 7-1

Sadly, after all their efforts they finished just one point outside of the play off places.

The league above them is the conference south (or national league south)

They also had the leagues top goal scorer this season. he scored 5 goals today fair play

Currently sit 3 promotions away from league 2

Stranger things have happened.

my thoughts, all these world leaders are dickheads.

In todays modern times, there shouldn't be any war at all. Has anyone learnt anything from the two world wars?

The world is on fire. Hunger, climate change, war, disease, and the worst thing of all is the politicians pouring petrol on the flames to make it a million times worse.

Iraq, Afghan, Ukraine, Palestine, why the feck can't people just get on without having to invade countries like these?
That goes for the Brits and the Americans too, the worlds biggest warmongers.

Jesus lads, give it a rest.

Am I going to turn on the news tomorrow and find out that world leaders are going to work together to end world famine, or find a cure for dementia, or fight pollution? NO.
I will turn on the news tomorrow to see war war war, kids being killed under tons of rubble.

Blame it on the world leaders, they can literally end this overnight if they chose to do so.
