I think he'll win a rematch comfortably in the UK if he does his homework. Taking on replacement fighters at short notice is always risky if you haven't done your homework.
I remember Barry McGuigan doing the same, went to the States to fight, ended up with a last minute replacement he knew nothing about, fighting in made up ring in some car park in the heat of the desert. Lost and never looked the same again.
