Wild scenes for the winner and at full time.
We weren't in the game at all 1st half and Liverpool also had a goal chalked off I think. Maybe for off side or blocking the keeper's view ?
Then it was the Pelle and Mane show and the latter even missed a pen.
Also I remember this game for the MOTD TV coverage, where you could see a kid in the crowd sticking his middle finger up at Sturridge after he scored at the Chapel end and his Dad telling him off and pushing his hand down. My early teens daughter found this hilarious !! | |
