Is Hull better than Leeds, Southampton, WBA or Norwich? Managers are sacked on a wimp so this isn’t really surprising however he got money to spent and did not hit the target set by the owners? Probably the case I reckon |

They are welcome to get JCS for 12-15 mil, they desperately need a good defender |

I think he is entitled to his views but Austin was more of nostalgia than clear analytics - just goes to show how much we are crying for goals scoring strikers. Armstrong it might mean more young player of the year than player of the year but he did also mention Field too which is a good shout On a side note, a mention of David Fraser I thought the podcast missed someone like him. Anyone knows if he is coming back although when he departed it was like he was entering a new phase in his career. Maybe as a guest speaker? |

Yes, it does include drinking water, black coffee or black / green tea. I usually just do water I did 36 hours fasting also and during that period I also did 30 minutes hiit training daily. But I stopped this after 3 months, I don’t think it suited me So it’s 16-8 daily for me now I might be wrong but middle eastern leagues do work around Ramadan for example Saudi league play their matches as late as 10 pm. I might be too presumptuous to think that fasting does not affect professional athlete as much but I am beginning to think otherwise. Dehydration / heat stroke is probably the biggest danger as footballers run as much as 8-10 km in a single game. So back to the OP point, I stand corrected! |

I am not a Muslim but I fast everyday for 16 hours plus Ramadan fasting is from dawn to dusk 12-17 hours for a month It is not as dramatic as people might think I am no athlete but I can function normally. But I don’t know if fasting would affect peak performance in sports. But I definitely don’t think athletes go around the fasting month “suffering”. They are conditioned since young. I fast for health reasons not religious. If anything, I would even suggest fasting could enhance your physical faculties aside from mental and spiritual |

Some clubs are really ahead of themselves We all know what happen - they performed the incredulous and ended up like Birmingham |

The “signings” that were Ainsworth didn’t actually signed for us, but were linked to us through Ainsworth network Have we forgotten the poetic thread of one elusive Lewis Wing which trodded on pages after pages? And Regan Poole who disappeared in Portsmouth (this one might be click bait but was rumoured early days in preseason) And Dominic Gape who trialed at the club and was injury prone |

They ain’t serious? So if you throw money at players, they’ll come? If they pay more than the saudis they could get Ronaldo, Henderson or saido mane? It is the third tier for goodness sake! |

This hop, skip, stall, jump and shoot nonsense, should it even be allowed? Once the whistle is blown, either for a free kick or penalty, shouldn’t the kick be duly despatched? Dancing around a penalty is time wasting isn’t it? |

It must be poetic noise then Eustace was sacked with Birmingham 6th Laird, Robert’s and even Sanderson were problem children with us, you got to say he got a tuned out of them if not they wouldn’t be flying high at that stage. We aren’t sure if he had a lot of say in bringing them players but looking at the Brum owners wanton fetish with big names, I won’t be surprised he got little say in the signings. Laird from Man U and Robert ex-epl players came with a “certain pedigree” It is also a fact his Blackburn team scored 2 at Leicester to win away and they were one of the relegation candidates last game of the season suggest that there is some sort of “justice” if you like looking at this from a certain point of view As I said in another thread, Blackburn were not in the relegation mix when he joined. Make what you will but justice is served in a funny and crazy sort of way I suppose |

Eustace was okay I guess, Blackburn weren’t exactly in the relegation mix when he joined |

Is he good feet, playing from the back? |

Eustace has his poetic justice served Beat both Leeds and Leicester away Imagine what and where would Birmingham be if they kept it sane But thank God at the start of the season we were looking at 3 worst than us - and we found one just as bad as they were on but off the field as well [Post edited 4 May 14:39]
