Great stuff - thoroughly enjoy reading this every week!
I live in Australia and my Aussie rules team, Melbourne Demons, are having a break out season after many years of mediocrity which echoes some of the Rs travails (although nothing as exciting as the Wembley play-off game or winning the Championship !!!).
The Demons focus on youth and players who want to play for the club is a shining example for any sporting team and having the right coach and off-field structure makes a massive difference.
Here's to a successful 2016/17 where the Rs are right in the mix ! |
