Got chatting to Jimmy as he was strolling down SAR after the game.

Said that he will be back in 3 weeks.

Also said unprompted "We are going to be alright this season"

Ethan Laird

A player that has come in for a lot of stick lately.

He came on Saturday and within the first 5 mins or so put in a decent tackle. At the end was dancing in front of the fans. That is not a player that doesnt care in my opinion.

Yes he will be off at the end of the season and we don't know what happens behind closed doors, but he is (IMO) a far better player than Drewe.

Would you go with him for the last two games?

Macauley Bonne
at 16:27 17 Apr 2023

I know we have far more things to worry about, but see Bonne who was in the Charlton side that got beat 6-0 by Ipswich at the weekend, has upset the Charlton fans by liking the Official Ipswich Instagram post on the 6-0 win!

Not sure how anyone could be so stupid to do that! Other than to annoy your current employer/supporters.

Tickets for a Tenner in New Safe Standing for Reading Game
at 10:53 8 Sep 2022

Just had an email saying members can buy tickets for £10 for the Lower Loft Safe Standing section for Reading. Its not in R Block ONLY Lower Loft.

Guessing they are trying to tempt people to try and hope they stay there.

It sits a little uneasy with me after seeing the 'backlash' on Twitter from Reading fans that we are charging them £36!

Everton Prices
at 19:51 13 Sep 2021

My son and parents have Season Tickets however I didnt renew this season due to unsure of how many games I will make. I have a membership.

Grabbed a ticket for Everton and they were £25 for non-ST holders but didnt get the usual discount for members.

Just had a quick look on Everton website and there prices are the same as what our Season Ticket holders pay. (£19 for Adults)

Doesnt seem right to me!

QPR furious over lack of consultation from EFL ahead of Championship's return
at 10:46 1 Jun 2020

I am not a Telegraph subscriber so cant see the full article.

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2020/06/01/qpr-furious-lack-consultation-ef

Queens Park Rangers have lambasted the English Football League over its announcement that the Championship season will restart in less than three weeks.

The announcement was made on Sunday night but QPR say that they received only 40 minutes notice and that they, along with a number of other clubs, are furious at the lack of consultation and communication. Clubs have not played a match since the middle of March and QPR believe that the proposed timescale is rushed and unrealistic.

“The players haven’t even returned to full-contact training at this moment and yet they are now expected to be in a position to play at a competitive level in just three weeks’ time,” said chief executive Lee Hoos.

Anyone have a Lower Loft Spare for Sunderland Saturday?
at 14:22 6 Mar 2018

Myself and family have 6 Season Tickets in Lower Loft and we are looking to bring one of the youngest boys friends along. He is 8 so any ticket will get him in OK.

If anyone have a ticket they are not using and wants to get a tenner for it let me know and we can meet outside and go in together.

It wont be an issue him sitting with us as there are loads of seats around!

Cheers
