|Why are we so polite?|
at 20:11 1 Feb 2020
Time after time our players are fouled, BOS today literally had his shirt ripped off him 1st half yet nothing given and we just shrug our shoulders and the game continues. Other clubs, Leeds are a prime example, will get in the refs face, screaming, shouting abuse ranting & raving. Our lads, shrug shoulders have a sulk and then just get on.
Have a bleeding moan, rant and rave, ffs enough of the fans do but not our ever so polite team.
Un fookin believable!

Short note to say that as far as poor performances go then that was certainly one of the finest.

Sits on the wing and never attempts to go pass the fullback with the ball. Tonight was a prime example and was frustrating to say the least. Please explain why not?

... wtf is the question?
I'll start with -who brings nothing to the party?

People are saying on here that Manning wasn't up to the job today.
Do these people understand he is raw to league football, was playing his 2nd game in two days and can see and make a pass that many of his teammates would struggle to do?
Reading these sorts of comments explains why we have players feeling unwanted and putting in a transfer request.
Also explains why I rarely bother with forums.

Decent shot stopper but too often we've seen him not hold the shot and it rebounds to the opposition who get another chance to score; tonight Germany did.

slumming it in the W12 club.
Nice when your mate gets two tickets as a birthday present and it would have been rude to decline his invite.
The one decent thing about all this is I get to sit back where I was a few seasons ago but in a comfy seat.

Back from Villa game and can only recall Given being forced into one save and allowing for the blatant handball by Hutton this means we had two efforts on target.
As for our free kicks, if I recall we had five opportunities to get an effort on target but couldn't hit the proverbial barn door.
I'll discuss Master Olivers' performance when I've got my calmer head on, suffice it to say not impressed and the fast track system has again been proved to be a failure.

Didn't think I would be but not long out of hospital having been diagnosed with bowel cancer and now 10'' shorter in the bowel. Results still a week away but certainly puts things into perspective.
Whilst in hospital I've been browsing the forum and must say how disappointed I am with the quality of rumours. Come on you lot try a bit harder!

Perhaps if they concentrated on doing what they used to and that is seeling music they may improve?
Days were when you went into a record store to buy just that, a record. Now you have to fight past the punters clamouring for the latest Playstation/X.Box, DVD release before you even get near the music and when you do what do you find, very little of anything!
|Why would you be a referee?|

Agreed the ref missed two obvious cautions yesterday but to say the ref was 'shit. .. awful... useless... etc etc. is harsh.
This must be one of the few jobs I know where you put yourself up for constant abuse but that abuse is generally from people who do not know the laws of the game or application of those laws.
I accept everyone is entitled to their opinion but just understand that he has one view and has to make a split second decision.

when I couldn't get near my p.c to predict 3-1 and .... well you know the answer.
Didn't do the lottery tonight either, certainly not checking the numbers!
