Hamilton was fuming!!😁. And rightly so. Leclerc was a tw@t and he knew it and to me it stems from him trying to prove himself against a 6 time WDC. Inadequacy springs to mind. I’m not a fan of Leclerc.

Pace is a strange thing in F1. The Ferraris have good straight line speed but that means they are slower on corners (or is it the other way around?). So unless you get right up the backside of the guy in front before a long straight you are going to struggle which both Hamilton (v Verstappen) and Norris (v Leclerc) suffered from yesterday.

Yes, nice lad and deserved.

However, it must be said that he’s had an inordinate amount of luck this year with things going his way on multiple occasions. He's still driven magnificently at times.

On that point, he has adapted to the new 2026 regulations better than most especially his closest rival George Russell. I’m pretty sure that if this season was under last years ground force effect rules Antonelli wouldn’t be WDC. We’ll never know of course.

Russell has had a mare of a season and he needs to adapt better next year both in his driving style and mentality if he’s going to be a world champion. I have doubts he’ll be able to do that though.

Not much to say after that. A brilliant performance from all who took the field in a Swans shirt.

I’m going to give a special shout out to Fulton who proves me wrong constantly and long may he do that.

Stewart’s goal was brilliant and he seems to be the type if striker we’ve been missing. I hope we can keep him fit.

The only thing to bear in mind is that Blackburn were awful and most unlike a Mowbray side. They gave us time and space which I thought he’d have made sure we didn’t. But that doesn’t take anything away from our lads who were good both on and off the ball and showed hunger to regain the ball if it was lost. Hope they keep it up.

3 of the next 4 games are horrendous and Portsmouth is never an easy place to go so they need to show their quality in each of these games.

This is a big game for us this afternoon. With Brum and Stoke undoubtedly going to take all the points in their respective games, we need a win.

But for me, a win alone is not enough. We need to start playing with much more attacking intent. With Stewart playing we apparently have a natural goal scorer. He will need the ball fed to him more than we’ve done in the last few games. A tentative approach to this may see people getting frustrated very quickly.

Matos To Palace?
at 11:44 31 Oct 2026

Now WoL reporting Sporting Lisbon could be interested.

Vitor Matos, Swansea Head Coach(Image: Huw Evans Picture Agency Ltd)

Swansea City boss Vitor Matos is reportedly being considered as a possible candidate to take over at Portuguese side Sporting, as pressure grows on current boss Rui Borges.

A 2-0 win over Casa Pia on Friday has given him some breathing space, but Borges' position in Lisbon is believed to be increasingly precarious.

Sporting sit third in Liga Portugal, having won six and drawn three of their opening 10 games. They sit six points behind leaders Porto, who have a 100 per cent record at the top of the table.

It remains to be seen whether Borges will survive, with the upcoming Champions League clash with Shakhtar also believed to be crucial in deciding his fate.

Serious questions here:

Do we stop funding Ukraine in their bid to fend off Russia once and for all?
Is it costing too much?
By not doing so would Russia easily take Ukraine and other eastern bloc countries?

I’ve just had my first cataract operation so I’ll be able to see 50% of what’s going on. Should be enough. Just pass to my left side🤣
