I know that she has a job with England and is leaving for a Premier Club apparently (big deal!!). Why did you think I did not know that??, its been all over this MB!! Answers on a postcode will be sufficient!!! 1 - what has she actually achieved at QPR running the Academy??? I'm interested to know but I know that you do not respond to questioning!!!! so do not expect an answer. 2 - lets see what she he is doing at Spurs and England and what she achieves. |

She decided who was released and who was given a new contract in the Academy…… I have never seen her take any men’s (boys) coaching sessions, not even once. I have seen her watching the boys playing on the sidelines. Personally I think she is not very good but it looks good that our club has a women at the head of the academy. It would not surprise me if she was ‘outed’ by the new CEO. |
| Forum Reply | What would you consider success to be this off-season? at 17:18 13 May 2024
MC is going nowhere……. Success will be selling Dykes and replacing him with a decentish striker - this is top priority. We also need to get a striker with potential to improve, a risky signing basically. Replace the GK with a little bit of ability and experience to replace our current GK. A priority too, like a striker. Also we need to keep most of our current 1st team squad. |

I would suggest that all of these players are no good enough and the right decision has been made. At last we are being realistic and not wasting a lot of money on players that are basically never going to be good enough to represent the club at 1st team level. The good lady who has just departed is to blame, not Les or Ramsey- she was in charge 100%. Fair play and well done to the new CEO….. |

I am confident that the 'set-up' we now have off the pitch they will not be planning for anything but a 'play-off' position next season.......could be a good season ahead of us. |

Mainoo did not have a good game last night but is a decent player and one for the future imho. I thought Eze was average last night too. Olise was the star last night - very good indeed. Players cannot play brilliant every game. |

Really, so what level do you think he will play at??? PS - I have asked you questions before and you do not or cannot answer them so I expect the same here!!! |

Come on Lblock.....those words are really not necessary. Do you actually know if he really was told to go out on loan and if he was what were the offers on he table. Wrong Lblock, wrong. Same as WS and his comments - poor, very poor. Good luck to the lad, comes across as a decent person. [Post edited 7 May 9:06]

The No2, Calm, is his No1.......he is most important to the partnership & the Team/Club. |

'Ginger', along with many of the players, did very well last night (another booking!!!)....he may not have the armband but he is a captain like Cook is as well. |

I would suggest that the Club will be looking at the 'play-offs' next season and I am sure the players certainly will be as well. I do not think that we will be selling our better players unless the transfer fee is very good. Willock, I hope, will stay but that it out of the Clubs hands by all accounts. I expect MC to bring in a forward and probably replace the GK as a priority. I think he could well go overseas to get players as well. I would also expect a 'clear out' of 'dead wood'......it needs to be done. |

Played well again last night and how I would of expected. Well done to him. |

We will play as good as the same team that gave Leeds a beating.......MC is a winner, he will look at all these 'fringe' players in due course but not against Coventry. |

I do not like the man, bitter & twisted person, always looking at ways to 'slag' our club despite earning a few quid too, talks as though he is 'above it all', poor footballer but thinks he was better than he was. No time for him at all. |

Tough call Norf but I would like more goals - this could improve with a pre-season with MC. He now has a lot more major responsibilities since MC, he is expected to defend a lot more!!......It depends who we have lined up to replace him which I would hope the Club have already planned for him going. |

His general attitude & availability seems to have improved since MC arrived. If he continues with that approach then I would like him to stay. He does, however, need to fall in-line with the Clubs wage structures. He has had a fairish season. In saying that if his 'old man' continues the way that you say then let him go, its not the type we want here any longer and he is not much better than many of our players. |

This is an Anderson thhread but as posters are 'digging out' Paal, just to say he is a decent LB for us in the Championship and if we get more of the ball in the last 3rd he will be even better. Knows where the goal is too. We should keep him unless a bigger and better LB comes into play - no player at the club is better than him at LB atm. |
