The morning walk with my dogs is something I hate missing if I have to get onto site or into the office early these days If we are on our own it’s a great head clearer; if we meet other people it’s usually a good natter.
I'd like to extend my warm thanks to him for his efforts in keeping us up this season.
What a guy.
Taking that fella, can't recall his name, off of our hands thus enabling Marti to bring in the Danish Jesus and a couple of others was a real shot in the arm.
Get well soon Tone and hopefully you'll be on the pitch soon for your forever R's induction
I was always of the opinion the Manager needed to be English
I wouldve made an exception for Wenger when he left Arsenal and I'd still have him in as part of the set up. The only candidate I can see at the moment who is English is Eddie Howe but something about him doesn't sit right at the moment, maybe in a few years. Only other's with a current record at higher level is Sean Dyche (who I am not averse to) or Gazza O'Neill (who I like a lot but way down on experience)
So I think we will go with another Johnny Foreigner and I'd therefore make it one who has managed on these shores for a number of years. Klopp fits the bill to a tee (th) and would cause much Scouse meltdown. Pep would be unbelievable and I could never see it.
Blimey... looks like Safegate is the only candidate for his own job!! (Though appointing Hasslew@nk another major flaw for him)
A successful summer might actually mean Scotland doing average in the Euros and McDykes scoring four in three games. There’s far too many lazy clubs out there who’ll be quick to write out a cheque for say £4.5mill off the back of that without realising it’s £4mill too much
A transfer for Eze be nice an all
That aside I feel we need four pacey fit players, two up top please Get em in early and tuned into Marti’s coaching and then maybe a couple of decent loans at end of window
Been some good loans Eze at Wycombe Lumley at Bristol Rovers Dieng at Donny
I understand this “exposure to the men’s game” argument but to counter that what I don’t get is this….. Are we saying then the key is to sign these lads on at 16 and then simply place them at lower leagues to see how they fare as if we don’t they actually won’t progress at QPR? So what’s the point of having a Development Squad at all? What does that say about our coaches at the DS level that it’s beyond their wit to actually bring a player through, cradle to grave, within our own club???
Rayan is a big hope for me I sort of hope he DOESNT go out on loan and Marti deems him good enough to be eased in here and there making incremental steps up. Really think he’s got something about him
Glad to see there’s a purge of the Acceptors of Failure throughout the club as well I think I’m warming to this Nourry chap but jury still very much out
